Who Am  I?

Hello! My name is Josh — I design and illustrate in the DC tristate area. I'm proficient with digital & print focused graphic design, layout design, logo design, motion graphics, multi-media production, and strategic communication.

My desire to design stems from my love of drawing for a living and my day-to-day allows me to utilize drawing in some capacity for my clients. Creating products across multiple mediums that clients and audiences engage with is a rewarding feeling that drives me towards the completion of my next brief — there is no greater validation than that!

What I Will Do For You

I will work quickly, efficiently, and effectively to develop products that achieve measurable results. Great design is predicated on compelling visuals in combination with a strong call to action. How we get from A to B is important and I always advocate for collaboration during the creative process. Working closely with clients is one of the strategies I implore when developing effective products and I've had the privilege of leading teams of designers and working independently to deliver results.

I intend to leverage my extensive knowledge of design principles along with the software Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), MS Business Suite, and Smart Sheets.

Informal Tidbits About Me
I love the sun and sea breeze. The sounds and smell of the ocean brings me peace. I'm also a huge pop culture nerd, and anything comics, movies, or video games related is sure to get me hyped! Lastly, because I sit a lot during my work time I try to be more active with my adorable corgi, Elsa, by going on walks during my free time.
