Part 1: Early term - Line & Perspective
The first part of the term was based on introductory skill building exercises around the study of contour, gesture, line control, linear perspective, foreshortening, and structural line drawing. The materials used included dry mediums on white drawing papers.
Part 2: Midterm - Form, mass and shapes
The midterm portion of the course promoted the study of form and mass through the blending of light and dark and changing lines into edges using skeletal forms, geometric solids, and drapery as subjects for drawings. Projects were done using dry mediums on white papers.
